Yes, this is a character-rendering problem in your browser. Just go to View->Character Encoding and select "Western ISO-8859-1). This might be globally settable using a PHP hack in MediaWiki - I need to look into it. Hbrumer3 17:17, 22 June 2009 (CEST)
