I am a CNRS researcher at the Centre de Recherche sur les Macromolécules Végétales (CERMAV), Grenoble, France. I study protein-carbohydrate interactions at a molecular level by means of protein crystallography. Thanks to the collaboration with numerous sugar chemists, we try to dissect the mechanism of glycoside hydrolases via the structure of many protein-ligand complexes. During my PhD and post-doc in York, I focused on families GH4, GH5 and GH6. I am now working on family GH93 and on lectins.
