I am a Professor at Laboratory of Enzymology in Department of Biotechnology, Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences, The University of Tokyo located in Tokyo, Japan. Raised in Kure, Hiroshima, Japan. I obtained Ph.D degree in Department of Biotechnology, Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences, The University of Tokyo in 1999.
