Jens Eklöf took his M.Sc.Eng. at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and is currently employed as a Ph.D. student at the department of Glycoscience, KTH. His main focus areas are enzymes within the xth-gene product family of GH16 and the pectin methylesterases of CE8.
