Ethan Goddard-Borger obtained his BSc in chemistry from the University of Western Australia in 2004 then proceeded to undertake studies towards a PhD at the same insitution under the supervision of Robert Stick. After being awarded his PhD in 2008, Ethan then moved to British Columbia (Canada) to undertake postdoctoral studies with Steve Withers at the University of British Columbia.
