I am an Associate Professor at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. My research focuses on the structure and function of Carbohydrate-Active enZymes and related proteins. Our group determined the structures of neopullulanase-like enzymes TVA I and TVA II (GH13), glucodextranase (GH15), glucosidase (GH63), isopullulanase (GH49), cellobiohydrolase (GH6), cyclo/maltodextrin-binding protein, and botulinum lectins.
