The Glycosyltransferases (GTs) have been grouped into families and subfamilies within the Carbohydrate-Active Enzyme (CAZy) classification framework [1]. Presently, this class of enzymes has not received specific attention in CAZypedia. However, if you are an expert on one or more GT families and would like to contribute to the creation of entries in CAZypedia, please contact the Board of Curators directly, or via this form.

Current information on GT families and members may be found on the Glycosyltransferase page in the CAZy database. Links to key reviews on GTs may be found on that page or on the Glycosyltransferase Families page in CAZypedia.
